Replaced drum , coronas, density, and all dv assemblys, cleared error code, ran ccd set up and init-d and init-p. still getting codes. Also on function clear screen e 354 and e 355 display ng when trying to clear them. New to product and just folling what the manule suggest. Anything else i am missing please suggest. thanks a ton.

SO when you say you replaced all dv assemblies, were they new or did they already have toner in them? If they were new did you add start developer to them?
assuming they were new and you added start then you need to run stir_4c and then init_4c. Make sure the black ATR sensor is clean first.
If they were used then you need to dump all the start from the devs, restart and then stir and init_4c.
There is no need to clear a E355/E354 unless you have that error code and please tell me you didnt clear everything in site. Doing an unneccesary dcon clear can open youself up for a world of hurt unless you know what you are doing. Frequntly, the only way to get your toner concentrations back in line after a ram clear is to restart all the devs. -
1140 error codes ....Thanks beaker020, We started with all new dev. all 4 colors to solve error code e020 and 0173, The bummer was resetting all service simulations back to factory mode and then calibrating. it took 3 1/2 hours just for sims. Lesson well learned. Thanks again ps. i found out everything on clear screen was cleared.Comment
