        Because at this site people come with REQUESTS while on the contrary you come with DEMANDS and ORDERS.

        I went through your posts, most of them are full of that.

        I can guarantee you that things will change for better once you learn some manners.

        And of course as some members suggest, there are already plenty of materials in the forum for anybody to dig out before he comes asking, try to prove that you have done enough of groundwork before putting up a request.

          couldn't have put it better than you guys, for on site and urgent support please contact you local canon support system hooo i forgot you have to pay them, while the forum is for "free" (at the expense of every CONTRIBUTOR's free and family time) one should only demand for what he pays
