[Misc] IRadv 2020 saying printer warming up

I have a Canon ir ADV 2020i colour mc that has had a main drive assembly and a fuser drive assembly replacedfor noise and other problems.The machine now powers up fuser motor runs and then stops as it should then ITB and drum drive motors all fire up and mc looks like everything is ok but the motors keep running for ever and it says printer warming up on the display but it never does.It doesnt error or fall over will happily sit there for ever with ITB and drum drive motors running saying printer warming up.
I have checked all connectgors several times reseated all connectors etc
Any ideas pls

Clear the ram and install newest firmware. Its a start. If its got a stapler,remove the staple cartridge and see if it works.
