This copier is misfeeding due to half moon primary feed rollers not taking the paper off the tray. Need assistance on how to repair.(I am a copier technician but not a Canon copier tech.)
Right rear of machine at bottom...white plastic(cheap) electromechanical feed clutch. Remove it,disassemble it and clean it with isopropyl alcohol. Find white powder inside. Give that a shot
