    Canon IR2830 Copier

    I have a Canon IR2830 with a E000010-0002 error code. Replaced DC Controllor and Main Motor. Still NG. Anyone Have any ideas????

      sounds like something is bound up, dv unit, drum unit or fixing unit preventing drive...just a thought

          Why can't you try manual rotation of the drum and the main motor to determine whether there is uneven load on the motor?
