    Re: dc controller

its and error for the toner bottle motor, replace the motor and check to make sure you have the right toner bottle in the machine, if you replace the motor and still get the code i think it blows f9 on the dc controller

      1. Check that the Toner Bottle has not been damaged and is fitted correctly.
      2. Check for hardened lumps of toner in the Sub Hopper.
      3. E025-0001 replace DC Motor M9 (FK2-0813-000). To check the Toner Supply Motor in Service mode [COPIER > FUNCTION > PART-CHK > MTR > enter "20 (CW)" or "21 (CCW)" > MTR-ON > OK]. Before executing this service mode item ensure the toner bottle is fitted to avoid a toner spill.
      4. E025-0002 and E025-0003 replace DC Motor M10 (FK2-0015-000). To check the Toner Stirring Motor in Service mode [COPIER > FUNCTION > PART-CHK > MTR > enter "22" > MTR-ON > OK]. Before executing this service mode item ensure the toner bottle is fitted to avoid a toner spill.
      5. Replace open FU15 (fuse) close to J103 on the DC controller which supplies 24volts to M10.
      6. Replace the DC Controller PCB Assembly (FM2-3646-000).

call for a trained tech to inspect before attempting to replace expensive parts

Remove or open the hopper cover.
            Try a dump.
Watch if the stirring blades move.
            The toner could be hardened.
The stirrer broken, or not turning

How do you know the developer is empty. Did you open it?

You can fill the dev manually by opening the top and pouring some toner in it with a piece of paper or funnel or something like that..
                That will get you going.

Sounds like the toner sensor in the dev unit is faulty, it's not calling for toner from the hopper. When the hopper is empty, clean the sensor, you should hear a very high pitched whine when it's working OK.

Check the Toner Sensor in the Developing Unit, you can replace it with the one in the Hopper.

Had this same problem on an IR-5055, finally it was the DC controller, but like teckat said make sure all sensors and motors are OK before replacing this part.,

                          very expensive! Good luck.

thanks to all that is part of this website. the error code e00025 - 00001 is really in the dc controller board particularly in f015.
sense the F 015 is not available in the local electronics store i just solder very fine wire as fuse.
                            once again thanks.

it better be a low voltage Fuse

-that u bypassed with that fine wire to solder / if there is a short somewhere u will FRY the board completely

have seen techs use a paper clip to bypass a Fuse on 3200 Fuse boards / result is more damage
