sense the F 015 is not available in the local electronics store i just solder very fine wire as fuse.
    once again thanks.

      Re: dc controller

This family of machines have this problem with the toner feed motors..toner seeps into motor and trash them. I have some machines with 4 or 5 million on them(they run over 100k per month) and have had to change motors a few times on each one. Sometimes it takes out the fuse on the dcon. My solution...solder in a glass fuse holder, the kind with wiring(available at automotive stores),get some properly rated fuses(voltage and current),solder the fuse holder in parallel to the blown fuse(no need to remove...its open). I don't even remove board from machine. Wrap a b string from a guitar(I use a .015....lol) aroung the tip of your soldering iron and let a little tail hang out. Use this tail to solder. I solder ICs using this method. I change the motor, repair the board and away we go.

Or simply upgrade the machine & not run it way over its expected life span!?

That machine is rated for about 5 million..they handle 100k per month no problem. I have lots of them with millions on them. Customer won't buy a new machine every year...3 years and we flip them
