    Just when printing......update the driver,try a different driver....using Pcl,PS or UFR? In the PS driver,check print as an image and see if has any effect on it

      Thanks all.
      When I changed the Drum Cleaning Blade the printing are now very good and there is no problem.

        a cleaning blade affects all copies & prints= u probably had an OPTICAL ILLUSION

        Take the test
        lines are same length






        is the orange dot the same size (use a ruler on all)

            Mis-information is worse than none. Shoulda flipped the cleaner blade as soon as you saw fine lines... Been a while since i opened up a 5000. Have seen the primary curtain drag on the drum and cause fine lines. Can't remember if 5000 has one.fyi
