    having problem with ir 9070 image

    have issue with image not on every book 12 pages half the books print good other half dont ..light print on second sheet, but not on every sheet..thought i found problem when i found lower roller bearings bad in fuser.. prints other pages without issue. just started this issue on this job just getting started on three hundred book run with cover and 6 double sided sheets.. help if possible..thanks ahead of time..could corona wire cause this, i have printed some other test sheets with different text 20 double sided, no problem..it just does one sheet bad every other book..

      Yeah, sounds like T/Sep Unit end blocks breaking down or HV Block at rear of Fixing Drawer - replace T/Sep Unit 1st.

          How old are corana wires? Probably transfer as stated. Rewire all the coronas before you start changing assemblies.

              cleaned with elec. contact cleaner started working normal..im new to this help a friend from time to time..my profession is machinist .auto transmission in cars for thirty five years.thanks for help guys!!!

                  Wow, cleaned with Contact Cleaner and it works - not bad for a Newbie.
