    iR4570 Print Out not Even

    Hi Experts,

    does anyone encounter problem like the attachments I uploads here?

    At first I thought is the magnetic roller at DV so I replaced the whole DV (Used) but problem remain the same.

    Will it caused by the Drum or some contacts on the HVT ?

    anyone can advice?

      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

          Use OEM Drum Units - after market units are notorious for this problem.

              Hi guys,

              i have try to replace the drum unit today, No Luck ~~ problem remains the same.

              did try to clean up contact points and transfer roller as well, still the same.

              lastly, i replace the toners in the DV tank together with toner bottle and run toner supply. It looks better and toner look even now.

              well, still need to monitor for a period of times to see how the results.
