[Error Code] Bad Experience W/ c9075 HELP!

Since march our c9075 pro has been on again off again down with very little production and working time. There have been multiple problems many poor copy quality calls. Error after error after error. Even the techs are out of ideas with this machine. and now for the past month it has probably been working 10% of the time. these are a few of the codes thrown for the past month.

code E000187000
code E025-0402

the techs have replaced 2 boards, fuser unit, and a hoper. Literally no tech in the area is able to completely fix the machine even when they think they have it 30min to 3 hours later same thing again. Do i just have a lemon or are these common problems with these machines? Also any ideas would be greatly appreciated. The job its failing on is a very simple 2S full color mostly text, 60# text 11x17 job nothing crazy (our c5185 runs it perfectly fine besides the speed).

I find it strange that your computer crashes too ircadv 9075pro I have multiple computers and almost no fail and work 24 hours.
deberiar find other more experienced technicians on the codes:
E0007 is definitely fixing unit thermistor or some dirty often happens
e0025-0402, the problem happened and it was me that when you change the toner hopper there is a pin and a spring that is out of place and does not fit the development unit and toner falls, the other is that the helical contributor is broken, goes inside the toner hopper

u mean e197 not 187 ??

E197==occurs when there's a communication failure between the Fixing/Feed driver and the DC controller.

Checked the wire harness and cut the tie wraps to the Fixing Feeder Driver Assembly.

Have the>
Fixing/Feeder Drawer Assembly connectors on both machine frame side (FM3-4977-000) and drawer side (FM4-1313-000) been changed ?

1-is printer under a Canon Authorized Dealer service contract ? (needed for Warranty issues) (needed for a Canon Senior Rep to follow up)
2-are the techs trained on product ?
3-is printer on a dedicated outlet ( u do know what a dedicated outlet is ) ?
4 has the service company or tech monitored the wall outlet voltage supply ?



This printer is notorious for E025 codestech needs to read the pubs.
