[Misc] Black lines on copy in 2520

Hello Guys,
Black lines on top of A4 paper about 1" in IR 2520 while the machine is running only 90000 copy,This problem is common on glass copying & computer print.While printing on A4R paper the quality is good.Can any one fix the problem.

Check the Drum Unit,inspect the drum for any scratches or may be something stuck in the cleaner section that prevents the drum from ptper cleaning on that side where the issue apears on copy an print page.

Also check the dev unit if the problem persists or make an hard stop before the printed page reaches in the fuser.
