I am getting a E027-0200 error. I checked the Magenta developer and where it sits in and didn't see any damage. Opened up the back the motor for the magenta is rotating, I sent the Drum driver PCB to NWRS to get repaired and they said it tested fine. Not sure what else to check or try. Any help would be appreciated

Re: IRC5030 E027-0200
Make sure the coupling to drive the dev is not broken...the propeller shaped gear(?) on the housing itself and also with process drawer pulled out, check the white coupling that drives the prop. You will see it at the rear when looking in from the front. I have changed the coupling and the prop on a few machines...easy to change -

CL3 ( Magenta Toner Supply Clutch )
--------------as per what Canuck posted
see pics :>
It has been found that the D cut portion of the drive gear can strip out and not allow drive to the developer. The drive gear is a X shaped gear.

Re: IRC5030 E027-0200
I just got the new coupling in and it looks like I need a small pin to hold it on the shaft. The shaft is just round and so is the coupling it has a hole in the shaft and holes in the propeller that the pin goes through. The pin is missing. Does anyone know what the part # for the pin is?5030 (1).jpg5030 (2).jpg I checked the coupling on another developer and it had a pin through it.Comment

Dowel Pin or Spread/Spring pin is not listed
u need to measure diameter & length
visit hardware store/ or use paper clip to size it

a Parallel Pin, XD9-0289-000, was placed to safeguard the Developer coupling, new part
number, FC0-3696-000, from spinning off of the shaft. FC0-3696-000 is now replacing FC8-4338-000; it will fit on any developer housing because they all have a hole in the shaft on the developer drive shaft so the parallel pin could be inserted.

Re: IRC5030 E027-0200
Thanks for all the help everyone. I got a pin and that fixed the E027 error finally. Now when I try and make a copy I keep getting a 00-0107-04 Jam code, the paper keeps folding up in the Fixing Unit.Comment

If film is not worn and there is no residue found in the fusersee below
--
Change Service Mode value to:
LVL2 Service Mode>COPIER>OPTION>IMG-FIX>PRE-FXRL>set to 1.
This turns on "pressure roller soiling prevention mode". After turning this Service Mode feature on, the paper stopped wrapping around the the fixing unit's pressure roller.
Inspect & Re seat the separation plate to its proper position if necessary

Re: IRC5030 E027-0200
There is a shaft in the fixing drive assembly that has a brown gear with a one way clutch in it. The shaft gets chewed up and the one way doesn't lock to the shaft. New shaft is hardened. Part number FC0-4998. Don't have to tear fixing drive out from the back. Change the shaft from fixing area(couple screws on fixing drive assembly, bracket comes off). Changed a few myself for 0107 jams on theseComment
