Envelopes are sealing. How can I turn down the temp.? Even #10 settings.

Set the service mode as follows:
COPIER>OPTION>BODY>ENV-SPD from 0 to 1; this runs the envelope at plain paper speed when the envelope setting is selected.

0=half speed
1-normal speed

This service mode setting was introduced with System Software v65.01.
