Ir 7086 E012-0000

I have a new IR7086 giving E012-0000. I have replaced drum motor and dc controller and also rehoused all connectors on main, dc con and power pcb's. Anyone got any thoughts

had this on a ir105 same beast nearly

it was the ap assembly

the drum cleaning unit was seizing up putting strain on the drum
