Re: CANON IRC3220
I would recommend that you replace the pressure roller every time you replace the fixing roller....
when printing A4 have you tried both Cassette's?, does it jam every time or intermittently?, whats your jam code?,SAZ911..........Comment

Re: CANON IRC3220
Have you got the NIP presure right? as you would have had to undo the NIP screws to replace the fixing roller.Comment

Re: CANON IRC3220
Check the Dial on the front of the Cassette, ensure it shows correct Size & Orientation for the Paper in it.Comment

0207 =Jam Code: Fixing delivery stationary jam
Inspect / Replace the internal delivery roller with a new one (FB6-4862-000).
This roller becomes very soft overtime from internal heat/ test & squeeze > because on visual looking it will appear ok !
Because roller is soft- it will delay and not push/drive paper out past fuser rollers
Removing the Internal Delivery Roller
1) Slide out the fixing feeder unit.
2) Open the fixing feeder unit cover.
3) Remove the E-ring and the bushing [2]at the front; then, remove the gear [3]and the bushing [4] at the rear.

4) Free the internal delivery roller [1] from the cut-off of the frame at the front; then, detach it.
