the display messge of our machine suddenly moved to the left,,we cannot read the messages completely..is there someone who had encountered tis kind of problem..any help will be appreciated

I'm trying to remember where I've seen this.
On a Canon iR330 I had a flickering display, which turned out to be a low voltage power supply problem. The voltages to the display panel drifted up above specs.
On a Sharp Cougar I had black vertical lines throught the display. Occasionally these can be cleared up by re-seating connectors & ribbon cables. On one occasion I replaced the LCD display.
I'm pretty sure it was on a Coinco Coin Op that I saw the display shifted 6 characters to the left. It still worked properly but was hard to read (naturally). There was some sort of reset that had to be done.....
I do remember that it worked.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
