Dear all ,

i have a problem with the IPF 710 the problem is when trying to print a monochrome black map the map appear color grey instead black ,and the dizzy thing is when trying to make a status print from the machine the balck color appear correctly ,just on the pc gives grey instead black also if i make a test print from the pc it gives a grey color is theres something must do to solve this i heard from me friend there an option on the driver i can control the lines color but actully i didnt find it .must i update the driver ? btw i also installed the driver at another pc and same problem ,i asked my client and he told me that it happened suddenly .

commands the driver as. coated paper.
loading paper in the 710 as. coated paper
monochromatic

i already tryied both to put a cut sheet plain paper and roll plain m not using the coated

Are you printing from Autocad ?

If yes - Select "monochrome" from CAD Print Dialog. It helps

thanks my friend today i went again and i checked it and noticed that the mbk not appeared on nozzle i will check the tubes maybe it get vocum .
