light copy ir 2520i

Hello everybody!
Printing no proplem But copy too light. Optik elements are clean. Glass- both sides, carriage, white strip e.t.c. The room is without dust and documents not old. Total copies 144 000. I put new drum unit. No changes. May be there are some ajustments in exposure section? If i make copy not in AUTO there is background when i move to DARK, but image is grey (not black).

Light copies and prints

Check contact on the HVT //if stuck out of position -will cause the light images. Reposition the contact. Please the photo below for the location of the contact.

Hi White_Toner,
Your problem is to relate scan unit
Try to do do some following checks:
- Clean CIS
- CIS white level automatic adjustment: SCAN > READER > FUNCTION > CCD > CCD-ADJ
- Replace CIS

Do all the CCD adjustments...white level...etc.. Or CIS might be crap
