My IR2016 shows No Paper in ByPass

Hi all,

I am working on an IR2016. After several attempts in solving this problem, I still receiving no paper indication in the bypass. This includes changing the whole left door. Does anyone have other suggestions?

have u ever to try change the default tray to bypass by pressing the Appropriate button?

Yes, the settings; and I think you have to switch the machine off then back on, for the settings to take effect.

The paper size/type setting in the [Stack Bypass] setting screen is available if Stack Bypass Standard Settings is set to in Common Settings (from the Additional Functions screen).

If Stack Bypass Standard Settings is set to , copying can be performed only for the registered paper size and type.
