Does anyone have any information on this Error Message?

I have reload the SSoftware, that did not work I replace my Hard Drive that did not work, I then replace the DC Controller PCb as instructed but same error message. Never seen this one before. not even in the Manuals.

Does anyone have any suggestions, I am open to all options

    Thanks in advance.

Don't currently have access to a manual so not sure what that subcode is.

When you reloaded the system software did you do a HDD format first? I stated in an earlier post I've often had currupted partitions and had to reformat them either via service mode or SST.
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

An error occurs by checking the Control Table of "Image storage area" when the machine is "ON"

I would try the following, under service mode goto:

        Copier->Function->System
        Set Chk-Type to 1
        Execute HD-Clear
        Set Chk-Type to 2
        Execute HD-Clear

Power the copier off then on again.

Also make sure you are running system software v31.04 or later.

version 45.01 is out and need to use with boot 26.44
dc controller dimm should be 12.01, rcon 7.01.
when using sst to format always do it manually not with all_HDF. It does not work. if you can reinstall system software like you said then i would presume the hard drive is good. I dont think you really reinstalled system software properly. format first manually, then select "All" choose the highest version in your system software check your type of cable being used as the last thing to do then select start. You also changed the wrong board. these errors relate to main controller, ram and hard drive not dc controller. one of those three are your problem. try re-downloading before you change anything else. reseat the ram first before you download. if you your ram is shot or you dont have the proper ram installed it will not work, from experience.

the board the I replace is the main controller and not the dc controller as far as I can see the software was installed correctly,
I did a manual format and then installed software..

Where Can I find the latest version of software?

I would really check the ram and try a different stick, the proper number not just 256mb, needs to be a certain type. Try and do it all manually, format, rui, language and system. Check all connectors cables and power to the board and hard drive. Something is fishy. Maybe forgot a connector and its behind the board etc. is there any bent pins where the hard drive plugs in, did you move the jumper on the hard drive? dont. are you using a generic hard drive?

                      Update on error Code

Problem was found to be the memory module, after replacing the Hard Drive and Main Controller PCb and reloading software to the latest version, things did not go well, but then I changed my memory with a dell 128MB 133mhz memory and Voila, all is good.

Thanks a whole lot to yourownfree for all the help offered it was greatly appreciated.
