E0002 / 0003

I am getting E0002 & E003 on a iR2018 which recently replaced fixing film unit.

Since the thermistors are within the film unit - how come this error ?

Any tips & tricks before switching back and forth film and DC controller ?

Outlet? Bad fixing heater? DC?
