    Canon IR2010f network card

    Printing stopped working. No reply when pinging. No data light at ethernet port. I tried changing the IP, didn't help.

    Don't know canon that well, is there anything else to look for besides the network card being bad?

      have you tried printing via a crossover cable to laptop, connecting to copier like this should give you a lit led.

          This is actually a IR2000 not 2010f. ( iN-E5, PCB E1 assembly)

          Still dead with crossover cable.

          Will print with USB but one page PDF very slow. May have wrong driver?

          Do you think re-installing system software will help?

          Can someone please zip me the sys software? Or tell me where to get it. I have the SST.
