If u swapped 3 duplex units and error stays with problem machine, u have an internal connection issue in printer .

hello when you refer to the three changed duplex units, do you mean that you have changed the (fixing / feeding unit) ????.
You can send a photo of a duplex unit to which you mention ...

If u swap a working unit from a working printer to a Problem Printer and issue is same on Problem Printer , u need to look at Internal Issues on Problem Printer.

If u swap units from Problem Printer to the working printer, and issue does not travel to working printer, issue is Internal on Problem Printer.

If issue travels to working printer with Problem Printer units, u have a Big Headache ahead

OK... since you swapped out 3 duplex units and the problem stays with the machine, the issue HAS to be on the machine.

I would remove the duplex unit completely and look at the back of the machine inside. There's a connector that the duplex unit plugs into when you close it, and you very likely have a scrap of paper or something inside that connector preventing it from making full contact.

Sir i have change the connector of duplex... in machine... change machine side connector.... and then given errors and jamming..... but now machine working but in between machine indicated E 000840

The machine is equipped with a fixing inlet sensor to prevent paper from remaining inside the fixing assembly. The output of the sensor is used to move a lift mechanism,
thereby making sure paper movement will not be disrupted.
              ERROR CODE:
E840 (fixing inlet sensor movement error)
Indicates that a fault occurred while the wrap sensor is being moved up/down, thus causing HP detection to fail.

0000 = The home position is not detected when he sensor is moved up/down (i.e., the
              sensor has not gone on).
0001 = The home position is not detected when the sensor is moved up/down (i.e., the
              sensor has not gone off).

*Disconnect and then connect J508, J552, and J553 of the DC controller PCB.
*Disconnect and then connect J4001 and J4002 of the fixing inlet sensor ascent/descent motor driver
PCB; as necessary, replace the fixing inlet sensor ascent/ descent motor.
*Replace the fixing inlet sensor ascent/descent motor driver PCB.

If HP detection fails when the fixing inlet sensor is moved,
the machine will indicate error code E840.
