I have been to the customer and confirmed what she said....printouts have cross feed faint lines and actually some shading on the trail edge. The copies are clear. Printing an internal report.....fax data, etc has the lines....not on copies.....do a Dcon clear??

Do test internal prints have lines ?

Yes, Teckat, internal prints have poor quality, shading, dark edges.

is it OEM ?


Main Scan >(Cross-Feed)=front machine to back of machine

Replace the DC Controller due to a problem with the horizontal and vertical sync signal (from the DC Controller).
