[CQ] IRC2550/3380 CQ Can't Fight Xeroc??

    Hi
    My lovely Canon Tech

It's been a long time i try to made IRC 2550/3380 to become a good quality Color Copy machine
    But somehow after try anything
    1. new unit drum
    2. new transfer belt unit
    3. new Transfer roller
    4. Try to adjust machine

The Result is A Color copy or Print From Canon never look Fresh / colorful like A copy from Xerox Dc7345

    How could i defeat xerox?
Any Technic to adjust or modify will be gladly to try by my own..

If i fail I have to change all color machine in my hand or I will lose every single color machine customer's

    Thank you

add functions > maintenance/adjustment > Auto correct color mismatch and then a full auto gradation. Paper makes a hell of a difference on this unit. The 7345 is a transfer roller machine as well but they crank the toner density up a bit. Make sure you clean the lasers with that cleaning wand as well.

      1. In order to increase the T/D ratio, set a value with the plus (+) sign for the following service mode:
      Service Mode (level 2) > COPIER > Adjust > DENS > P-TG-Y/M/C/K (adjustable range is '-4' to '4'; default is '0').

      2. In order to reduce fogged image resulting from the slightly increased T/D ratio, increase the setting value of the following service mode: Service Mode > COPIER > Option > BODY > PAP-W-EN (adjustable range is '0' to '10'; default is '0').

      3. In order to decrease the ATR patch intervals, set a value with the minus (-) sign for the following service mode: Service Mode (level 2) > COPIER > Option > BODY > P-INTVL (adjustable range is '-2' to '2'; default is '0'). Be sure to select the most appropriate setting value while checking the output images.

Note: As a negative effect of the settings above, depending on the operational environment or the duty of originals, the T/D ratio may be increased, and thereby causing fogged images. Particularly, when images with low duty are made frequently, too much toner may be supplied to developing assemblies.

correct paper type was registered to the cassette/cassettes
and auto gradation had been done daily
Recommend executing auto gradation correction (full correction) before and after performing shading correction --

Is the image is good on the ITB Belt before transfer to paper---------
Ensure that the ITB ground wire is firmly attached at HVT2 and the grounding screw at the ITB frame.

Checked the bias tab on the front side of the secondary transfer roller and the bias tab on the itb frame assembly.
Checked the secondary transfer roller rear bias contact (FC6-9452-000-
Check for any small cracks in the unit.
