    IR 5020 Hard Drive Replacement

I need to replace the hard drive on a Canon IR 5020. Does anyone know what drive it takes? It is far from here and I'll purchase a new drive and get it flashed. I need to know what size and style it is.

FK2-9316-000 2.5 sata. The only thing is I'm pretty sure the hard drives for the 5020 are encrypted so you can't do the 2200 .ini trick to get it to use any drive. teckat would know more on this than I do though.

Yes I did get that code. I tried to format it but it won't work. So it's a 2.5 SATA 10 GiG. Thanks for all the info.

Like Teckat said, you can't just put in any old 10GB 2.5" SATA drive in and expect it to work. it MUST be on the list he so graciously provided.
