I eventually found a blown fuse on the AC Driver PCB which has now been replaced and that's as far as I can go as no used to these machines

Most likely the AC driver board is dead especially as you found a blown fuse.

Before you replace it, It is worth removing all the cards and connections in the control box this is a common fault on this model.

If that doesn't work then try

The remote signal at J254E, pin 3 on the Controller Power Supply (UN12) was only reading 1.0 volt. The remote signal should be at least 3VDC. The signal was checked back to the Low Voltage Power Supply at J302E, pin 3 and it was also low.

In this case, the Low Voltage Power Supply was defective, thereby preventing the Boot-Up Process to initialize. The Low Voltage Power Supply was replaced to resolve this issue. The part number for the Low Voltage Power Supply is (FM2-5544-010).

        or

This issue was caused by the DC Driver. The part number for the DC Driver is FM2-8264-000.

All I can dig up on this issue it's been years since I've had a dead machine, knock on wood
