    [Jamming] IR5020 Jamming

    Hi,
    First page is always jammed
    I open door and the paper always stays on the feeding belt like picture there is no jam code on the front board.
    Please anyone help me.

      If its every copy, check upper fuser roller drive gears. Jam code is in sm. Looks like it would be 0110. Also the transport belts ride over small black rollers on a shaft that can drift towards front or rear if plastic guide breaks. Also check lower fuser roller for binding

          Check the 52T gear that attached with upper fixing roller. If the gear broken the upper fixing roller doesnt rotate and that will cause the paper cannot go through it.

              Thanks appreciate it.
              It was broken gear(52t) of upper fusing roller.
              I got the part today and replaced and it's working normally.
