Im no help on the first problem but on #2 make sure you are going through the reset procedure for the code- Get into service mode then go to COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR Then reboot the machine if it doesn't do it itself.

1st 3300 e585 fiinisher j1. Delivery tray limit error, m5, s9, 10 or the finisher controller board. Does the tray try to cycle up and down when the machine is powered on? If it does, does it lock up in the up or down position? Any weird clicking/clunking noises?

2nd 3045. First check to see that hot, neutral and ground are all ok on the clients side. If fixing e-code doesn't clear you may want to try the mains power supply. Main PS drives the AC driver. If you have a spare machine to swap parts from it could really help you out.

On the 3300 make sure the finisher tray isn't stuck. I once had the foam around it get real sticky and impede it's movement. Somebody had spilled something. Might as well look at the obvious first.
