A customer has a ir 1024if with two casettes. does anyone know how to set up to print fax report from the second casette?.

set ADS to pull reports from the 2nd tray and disable it for the first

My bad, Auto Drawer Selection aka Auto Paper Select. Under Common Settings > 6. Auto Drawer Select. For Other make sure tray 1 is off and tray 2 is on. This will pull the first available paper tray is can pull from. Hope this helps.

you are right, you have to set "others" casette 1 off casette 2 on...
