ir105 e00069-000 error

so far iv replaced the cw units, the hv dc transformer pcb assy, and have removed and reseated every plug on both boards dc controller included
machine is doing this intermintently. ran over 700 copies before it errored out again. anyone have any insight to this. customer wants this machine to run forever but I believe its on its last legs. has over 2,500 thousand copies on it and I have been using bandaids to keep this thing running. any insight would be greatly appreciated

check your lower fuser roller bearings and the insulator on the upper fuser roller

Hi if you still have problem with this machine then try pull out the pre-transfer unit. And test run the machine. If the error doesn't come then the proble is with the pre-transfer unit it self. So you have to replace it.

Check the fuser bias mount, this cracks & archs giving that exact fault, only a tiny cheap part & easy to replace, most likely that's all it is!
