How long after cleaning takes to apears?make a test, when this line apears check the magnetic roller under cleaning blade, if there is a even layer of toner on it, check the quenching led, if toner is concentred on a spot in that roller, check gears at the front of Ap kit assembly, i had same problem 4 months ago, but the gear damaged was on back of machine, take forever to see waths hapening.

      Thank you for your reply.
After cleaning the blade it is appering after 100 Pages .. start from very lite and small band to dark and bigger.
I tried by installing another working drum unit ..it isworking fine . I think its the drum unit which is faulty.
I will chk and revert you after cleaning magnetic roller.

Also take the drum out of the carriage and make sure there's no small pieces of paper that are jammed and causing cleaning failure.

Open the door, remove front cover(the one that covers drum unit).
Put actuator door or a screwdriver in front door switch and copy something to see the cleaning assy's gears are rotating normally.
Sometimes a small gear that drives cleaning assy, right behind drum unit, get demaged and bad toner remain in magnetic roller, printing dirty lines.

I can't see at image you posted, but , something that help me debugging this issue was, wen this lines appears, i could see little letters from pages that was printed already in the middle of this lines, so i had sure this toner is dropping after cleaning blade and before quenching led, there is a gap in the middle, so the problem is, cleaning blade clean the toner but won't erase that charge, toner drops after cleaning blade, charge still remain and its make letters appears because of dropped toner, quenching led erase that charge but toner already have dropped and drum continues to rotate and this letters are transferred to paper, hope this help you.

E069 is something normal in this machine and remember you will see it too much. This code sleeps with this machine's family! It is related to the transfer/separation corona wires mostly(also in your case).Change the wires and wires cleaner inside corona unit and you will never see it again till 300k-500k

I have the exact same problem with one IR7086 and have mounted a new AP Assembly and fuser mm. After about 6k double-sided problem is back again.
Was it a gear on Cleaner Drive Assembly, the damaged gear back of machine?

If cleaner blade, cleaner assembly, gear,or AP Kit, does not solve your problem, replace the Cleaner DriveAssembly as DIMM said

Cleaner drives are worn or gear on process unit for cleaner drives bad. The magnetic roll has to apply a coating of toner on the drum just before the cleaning blade or it will streak. That is why you can enable black band sequences on this model to improve cleaning. It is the accumulation of toner against the edge of the blade that makes it clean. More common on 105 but I see it on 7105 also
