[CQ] Drum Pinholes issue in IR105 machine

Drum pinholes problem in IR105, Replaced Primary corona unit , Development unit and drum but same problem. pl. check the attached image.If anybody have an idea pl. share it me.

It looks as though you have already changed the usual things for the image formation, but as you are still getting the problem have you checked the fuser roller for dinks and improper cleaning, just a thought???

I replaced the drum it works for 100,000 copies well after again pinholes.

When you replace the drum and main charge its better you also replace the transfer unit and clean the pre transfer unit or cut the corona wire. Pinholes in drum is cause by arcking.

Arcing for a corona
I would restring all of them looking very carefully at everything
Clean all the blocks check drum area for anything in it
Make sure developer spacers are good

Corona is too close to the drum. Fix or replace.

quality of corona wire cause the arcing?. I am using compatible corona wire. Is it necessary to use original corona wire from canon.
