    IR 6570

    I have IR6570. Almost taken out 25 lacs prints. The problem i facing is MCB of main line gets trip when i switch on the machine. If i switch on the machine with unit 1 not inserted the machine mcb is not trip. The moment i insert unit 1 and move the handle of unit one the MCB of main line gets trip. Any feedback?

      I'd be taking out the fixing feeder frame assembly and looking for a pinched fuser wire to start with. Have you done anything yet?

              Yes i have check unit 1 with other machines it works ok.

                  Why can't you check the Circuit Breaker as well? it may develop oversensitivity or some malfunction.
