    [CQ] ir7200 error 69.000000 im on site

    Im on site and have checked connections etc. When error happens part of the image will be missing or very faint...what is the most common problem ...wires look good ..hv board ?...
    You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

      e069 is a high voltage leak of the transfer seperator corona...could be a bad t/s unit or The large tr/sep charger on the bed has three pin style contacts at its rear. When you raise the bed the three contacts lift and make contact with leaf springs that press against the charger pins delivery charge to the coronas. These leaf springs become bent back and need to be bent to original position in a triangular configuration.

          Rewire the transfer/sep assembly for starters. Check the contacts as mentioned(re:lifting trans/sep assembly when turning handle). Also check upper fuser roll(collar backwards leaking ufr bias...seen it tons of times). If you are getting faint areas,probably trans/sep issue. Rewire its coronas
