Dear/Copy techTeam,
Please i want your help in the problem with IR 5055 that display jam when i use the right deck although i changed the pick up ,feeding ,sep rollers. when remove the jammed paper and try another it stop in the same place. the jam code 0107 ps32

Information on DECK 0107 Jam Code
0107: Right deck pull-off sensor delay jam

replace the Pick-up Inlet Guide (has Mylar) and
the Separation Plate (has Mylar) / FL3-3134-000 and FL3-3135-000 respectively.

If the above doesn't work & machine has a high count, say over 2 mill, I would replace the right deck feed ass'y

Remove the Feed Assy & lube the 1 way Clutch/Gears (3 of).

jam - 0102
Paper Stock Assembly lift plate does not lift evenly.
Uneven lifting is due to deformation of the Rear Support which houses the pulley for the lifter cable

Part numbers:
Rear Support: FL2-3081-000

From your picture I would replace the clutch that drives the vertical path roller, the clutch in the right deck ass'y, it looks like it could be slipping the paper isn't reaching the pre registration sensor.

Or failing that like I said in previous post, replace the right deck ass'y if machine has a high count.

What count does the machine have?
