If the I.U runs without that gear take of like you simulated after a while the waste toner will appear on the page because it's not mixed up corectly into the waste chamber.

Hello few months ago katun had bad gears. Do you have black or white gear on opc? white is ok, black cause a lots of problems. Lp,peter

Mine is black. but i replaced only drum and blade (compatible). imaging unit is original, after 30k copies.
Maybe this was problem (gear forom drum). Anyway the copier seem to be fine for moment. Already have done 3000 copies withowt gear for agitator.
