    [CQ] Image Press C6010

    Hi All,

we are facing Color quality issue in ImagePress C6010 Printer. we just installed the printer 2 months back. Now iam getting wrong colors on outputs.

Instead of red color we get dark pink color.

we did shading correction / Auto correction and RIP calibration too. no improvement.
Kindly share if anyone faced such kind of issues.

      check your
M Developer Assembly-is developer) missing from developing assembly
      Drum,
      Primary Charger Assembly,

Check the ITB assembly and the Primary Transfer Rollers and Secondary Transfer Roller.
      The Original Door Label and P-Print values/ compare all signals (P-SGNL-M, P-SGNL-Y, P-SGNL-C, P-SGNL-K)
P-SGNL is in Service Mode Level 1 under COPIER > ADJUST > DENS.
Input values and perform an "INIT-4" and a full auto gradation.

P-SGNL values should be listed on Label

P-Print values should show on print out

disregard the Service Manual information for the P-SGNL as it states that this service mode is not used.

            Mr teckat:
I attached photo for service label as I can not find p-sgnl that is unavailable to see it.
