I have ir5570 which is getting jamming while coping A4 duplex copies jamming code are 010B(ps19) and 010C(ps20) i cleaned the sensors but problem still persist. pls suggest solutiopns

this jam code seems delay jam in right desk and left deck

firstly I think you should change the pick ups, roller feed and roller sponge
