light print and copy at edge of canon ir3530

Dear sir, My machine ir3530 produces light copy at edge (operator side) in both print and copy mode. Print and copy quality in A4R is perfect but while in A4 problem starts. i have done some initial check procedure like cleaning, new drum ,blade,toner also changed primary charging roller. still the problem. Any solution thanks in advance.

How much of the copy is light, can you post a sample?

If you have replaced the drum, have a look at the dev roller, does it have a even coating of toner, if not give the dev roller a good clean, use a dry rag (no fluid)

This can be caused by compatible toner.

You cheak the CD unit lock rod is slite bend so the lock buse not up toner unit properly. Toner unit not closer to drum frount side.

I'd be vacuuming the dv, dry wiping the cylinder and installing fresh toner. What brand toner are you using?

yes it is evenly coated.

I done with this problem with

1. Cleaning laser glass

U can see it when u remove Drum unit It'll be cover by toner

Or

2. Blank bulb(i don't know what it call but it is the led on the brown ) near the laser glass

clean it or u have to replace this part

because some led didn't work should be the side

u can try check by Electronic Clamp Meter

There is hexagonal rotating mirror inside the laser unit by cleaning with a dry cloth the problem is solved.
