The IT guy didn't know what he was doing. He didn't follow anything I told him on the phone. He said he spent 3 hours trying to make it work and it took me just a few minutes. Gotta love it.

So what did you do to get it working?

I'm working on a Canon C5051 and trying to get it to scan to email through Office 365 using TLS on port 587 but I'm have a few issues. I worked for a day or so then quit and I'm not sure why. (I did go into the service mode and changed the SMTPTXPN and SMTPRXPN to use port 587)
