    [Electrical] canon ir 6570 5070 5075 total dead help help.............

    I have three machines with the same problem ir 5070 5570 & 5075 initially issued a code E004 engine, but now when the green lever on my Rev 1 unit, electric die in my store all ........!!!!
    when I unplug the cable j130 on dc control canon ir 5075 engine life while releasing code ....... can you help me solve this problem ............... thanks .... .........

      sekarang saya tahu, kesalahan terjadi pada transistor pada Power supply IH (Indonesian)



      Now I know, the error occurs in the power supply transistor IH (english)

      dimana saya bisa mendapatkan transistor gt60n321??????
      dengan harga murah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Indonesian)

      where can I get a transistor gt60n321??????
      with cheap price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(english)

          If you leave the copy/process tray out and power cycle the machine do you see the canon logo at all? Does it get past that point?

              Clear the error and replace the main thermistor assembly(2 thermistors). Replace them all the time myself. Poor design...and induction heating is not very forgiving...thin roll does not hold heat...

                  yes I have been through the process .. the engine off when the green lever is increased.

                      what do you suggest I've been trying to do, and I also have tried to change their IH board .. but still the same ........ even the IH board also damaged .... like there is a short-circuit.........................whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy yyyy

                          Check the fuser blocks male and female for very small pieces of jammed paper.Customers sometimes close the unit and a piece of paper shreds into the contacts
