[CQ] irc2550 - half yellow missing on autograd

    Hey,
    anyone seen this before?
part of the yellow is missing on autograd pages. But otherwise fine. Pg10's etc are perfect.

Complete process drawer has been replaced, main controller, laser unit.
Firmware has been over written with latest.rcon clear, dccon clear etc done.

    Ideas?

old drum, dirty laser or faulty transfer in the IT (spring loaded). Personally I would clean the laser extremely well, pull the process unit out and clean it by hand with the wand applying downwards pressure. Check the drum life as well if it's 90% or over chances are it's failing.

Have swapped the laser from another machine. And also the entire process drawer, so all drums, itb, etc.

how is the PG10 T PRINT looking ?

Swap the upper and lower PDRM-EF-A pcb's on the main controller and see if the issue moves to cyan instead of yellow.

if it does / replace the failed PDRM-EF-A PCB

Pg10 and sky shots work fine.

Will try swap the boards. Never really knew what they did, have never caused issues.
