Hi guys, I am new to this forum.
I am getting a Jam code 94, it seams like the DADF sensors are indicating james. can not see any paper inside the ADF.
I flashed the machine with the new firmware, no luck.
I replaced the reader controller, no luck

any inputs appreciated

The sensors that generate the code are PCB2 the Post separation sensor pcb, PCB3 the Read sensor, PCB4 the Delivery/reversing sensor pcb.

In this particular case the tech had to replace both PCB2 and PCB4. All three sensors have the same part number FM2-1022-000.

Thats all that i found in the knowledge base.Have you tried to check them thru the I/O mode?
