I have a problem I can not solve in my canon irc3220, black is failing in its half page, toner and drum is ok

when you say toner and drum ok
whats the drum life
are you using original toner ??
Need more info
does problem exist on print or copying ?

problem solved was the black drum, I pulled out and polishing cloth
