    [Dead] iR1022i stuck at boot progress bar

    Dear all!

    Maybe one of you can help me. Since about 2 weeks my Canon imageRUNNER 1022i constantly loops through the progress bar. It keeps going through what I assume is the boot process and starts it again. The display shows the progress bar, boots and instead of showing "Initializing ..." the display turns off and on again and the progress bar reappears. It does that forever until I turn the printer off. Any suggestions on that or is it completely broken?

      Try reseating all the connectors and ram/bootrom. If it still does it you got a blown IP board.

      EDIT: May want to try system software before changing parts.
