                              Make sure the two dip switches on H1 are in NORMAL DOWN POSITION & not in a SERVICE POSITION (UP)

                              -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                              Do u know what the difference is between cables
                              Ethernet-Cross cabling.jpg
                              CROSS OVER CABLE is most Important for establishing a connection between H1 & 5151Printer/ test it or try a replacement cable

                              To identify a crossover cable, compare the connectors or ends of the cable. The wire color sequence will be crossed at positions 1 and 3, and positions 2 and 6. A 'normal', 'straight-through', or 'drop' cable will have identical wiring color sequences on both ends.

                              Regular Patch Cable:
                              goes from imagePass H1 to customer LAN Connection
                              Cross Over Cable: goes from imagePass to side of CLC5151 Machine.
                              There should be a link light on the imagePass when the correct cable is plugged into the RJ45 connection. Also the two digit display on the imagePass must read 00 indicating successful hardware boot.

                              ================================================== ================================================== ====
                              what ver firmware is on that CLC5151/

                              go in service mode to print out a P PRINT
