Ricoh Namibia could not fix this unit there was a mouse in. got it going on the pc my prints is just not good. did all the celebrations but no luck. do not know what there tech did whit the settings. the custome said i must get rid of the printers. but i like a challenges. look like i am starting to win. well it is only the print quality now

some where i read of putting in each laser units values. do you now how. this unit was off for a year. want to check if all values is correct. did the laser change and center the gear but it did not help. how do you print a p print in service mode.

Go and remove ITB UNIT> U will have to remove ITB sheet\ and do a cleaning\
If someone cleared printer settings without saving a P PRINT of DCON\RCON settings-- u have a Major headache on your a hands --

hi have the German service manual. set the laser settings tested all ok.
thank you for your help. hope i can help you at a time on a mimaki, or mutoh or samsung printer.
