      Jam codes, please.

If you're getting jam codes 0115, 011D, 0215, 0117 on the bed or delivery on the 2nd side of duplex, fuser exit sensor Q10 may become intermittent with age and fuser heat. At it's worst, the fuser exit sensor doesn't change state at all. This condition does not prevent clearing of the jam, or returning to ready. Replace sensor Q10. Be sure to remove any paper from the cleaning unit, and to replace any broken drum claws or flipped drum blade.

If you're getting jam codes 011C, 021C, 041C on the first side of duplex in lower feeder #2, listen for noise. Pulleys 32T may be worn inside the bore so that they wobble, and the timing belt eventually falls off lower feeder #2 (~3M copies). Rebuild lower feeder #2 (4 feed shafts, 8 bearings, 4 pulleys 32T, 2 pulleys 2T).

If you're getting doublefeeds from the duplex tray check this: Make sure that the small static eliminator in the fuser is contacting the upper fuser roller.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
